Vocational lecture with Beatriz Queiroz
On June 30, Solar received Beatriz Queiroz for a vocational lecture for High School students. Beatriz has worked with Advertising at Young & Rubicam, Energy by Y&R and VLM Agencies.
She explained how the structure of an advertising agency is, what are the existing areas and their responsibilities, how the team acts, with what means and for what purposes.
After passing the knowledge, Beatriz made a dynamic with the students so they could understand how an agency works in practice.
Three groups were formed: Attendance, Media and Creation. Beatriz played the part of the client and sat down with the Attendance to pass the briefing. Attendance group went to Media group to pass the client briefing and, finally, Media went to Creation.
Each group was responsible for the area activities, including setting up a campaign – within minutes.
This vocational lecture is part of My Future in My Hands Program, which aims to present the professions to the students, take them to the job market and help them choose their careers.
