Solar students participate of Paralympic Games
Today, September 14th, 14 students from Elementary School II and 12 students from Elementary School I had the opportunity to visit Barra Olympic Park to watch two matches of Women’s Goalball. They met the space and practiced paralympic activities like seated volleyball and the blindfolded race.
At the same time, 37 students of Elementary School I visited Olympic Boulevard. They got to know Bradesco Seguros Traveling Museum, which presents a bit of Olympic and Paralympic Games history with pieces from the COB, the Olympic Museum and Rio 2016. There they were received by former athlete Flavio Canto.
In addition to the museum visit, the children also toured Boulevard space, visited graffiti artist Eduardo Kobra panels and walked on VLT (Light Rail Vehicle).
Also this week, on the 16th, more students will visit Barra Olympic Park to watch Bocha final game.
