Six Solar students leave for cultural exchange in Slovakia and Poland
On June 17, six students from Solar Integral School will travel to Poland to participate in a cultural exchange, made possible by partners Mais Caminhos and Brave Kids. They will spend two weeks in Košice, Slovakia, where they will stay in the residents’ house, meet the country and introduce themselves; and another 2 weeks in Poland, where they will make musical performances representing Brazilian culture, including dances from Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro.
Brave Kids Festival, where students will perform, will be attended by 120 young artists from around the world, with participation of countries such as Brazil, Slovakia, the United States, Georgia, India, Israel, Iran, Lithuania, Morocco, Mexico, Moldova, Poland, Kenya, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
The event will take place on July 3 and will enable these young people to learn about different life experiences, artistic talents, religions and traditions.
