Our Best
The search for personal development is one of the many ways to always try to give our best, and in this case, help in the development of other people. Our social worker Beatriz was invited by the former president of the CMDCA and CMAS, Deise Santana, to participate in a course on Recode Pro that had as its main subject the elaboration of reports to councils such as CMAS.
The teacher invited for this capacitation was Deise herself, who, besides having and MBA in People Management & Coaching, is also a social worker, and it is extremely gratifying for us to be able to see our own professional, who works with so much love and care, to learn more so as to do better for our community and our society as a whole.
