Mobile Planetarium at Solar
On November 7, children of Early Childhood Education and Elementary School I had the opportunity to participate in Mobile Planetarium, which came to Solar Integral School.
Mobile planetarium is an inflatable dome where images of the night sky are projected and viewers can observe and understand celestial movements. Each presentation takes around 30 minutes and covers big part of the astronomy, content present in school curriculum through Solar System (Sciences), the study of Cardinal Points and Seasons of the Year (Geography) and also in the Great Navigations (History).
The visit, monitored by qualified professionals, has brought fun and learning to our students. The goal, besides entertainment, was to stimulate our students interest in a playful and intelligent way.
To participate, they paid symbolic prices.
