Meeting between UPP team and community residents at Solar Theater

At the request of the President of Pavão-Pavãozinho Residents’ Association, considering Solar Meninos de Luz as a “neutral and easily accessible place for both residents of Pavão-Pavãozinho and Cantagalo”, Solar ceded its theater to a meeting between UPP (Peacekeeping Police Unit) team and community residents.
The goals were the presentation of the new commander, Captain Denis, and a conversation with the residents to find the best way to install peace in the community.
In the dialogue, issues such as operations hours, investigation of complaints, police approach, team training were discussed.
