GTR of Childhood Education and Elementary Education I team
On the 26th of July, it happened the General Team Reunion (GTR) of professionals of Children and Elementary I Education.
The objective is to evaluate the ended semester, plan the next one, and to update and prepare increasingly our teachers so they can teach our children better.
During GTR, our team attended two important lectures. The first was carried out by educator Patrícia Serfaty, specialist in people emotional intelligence management. She talked about Social Awareness and Deconstruction of our Truths.
Then they received educator Paty Fonte, specialist in pedagogy of projects, who talked about the subject.
In addition to our educators evaluations, planning and updating, there is also the period of Classroom, materials and murals storage. The day is focused on the team thinking about each one of the 400 children that Solar educates.
With care and preparation, each of them can continue to help Solar to Educate to Set Free.
