Giving Tuesday is coming
#givingtuesday is a global campaign that began in United States and today reaches more than 80 countries worldwide, including Brazil. This day, happening on November 29, was created to celebrate existing donations and encourage new donations. #givingtuesday is about normal people getting together to do extraordinary things.
And do you know how you can help Solar? In many ways! But we have some suggestions!
You can become a Heart Godfather and enable a new reality for 400 children and adolescents of Cantagalo and Pavão-Pavãozinho Communities! Donations can be unique, monthly, bimonthly, semiannual or annual. With R$30,00, you already feed one of our boys for a whole month!

It is also possible to help our Ventinho Project, which aims to install an air conditioner in all Solar classrooms. The goal is to ease thermal sensation, so high in Rio de Janeiro, and improve students’ ability to concentrate and learn.

You can also help Solar without increasing your expenses! Sponsor our project Meninos de Luz Music School, through your income tax! It is possible to invest up to 4% for legal entities and up to 6% for individuals. Deduction is 100% of the amount invested.
Our Music School aims to enhance music activities at Solar, helping musical groups, choirs and orchestra formation.

You can collaborate with our Rice and Beans campaign! Solar serves 1.400 meals per day for 400 children and adolescents and 90 employees. We use 3.5 tons of food per month!
