Giving Tuesday 2017
#givingtuesday is a global campaign that began in the United States and today reaches more than 80 countries around the world, including Brazil. This day, to be celebrated on November 28, was created to celebrate existing donations and encourage new donations. #givingtuesday is about normal people getting together to do extraordinary things.
And do you know how you can help Solar? In many ways! But we have some suggestions!
* You can become a Heart Godfather and enable a new reality for 400 children and adolescents of Pavão-Pavãozinho and Cantagalo communities! Donations can be unique, monthly, bimonthly, semiannual or annual. With R$30, you feed one of our boys for a whole month!

* It is also possible to help our Little Wind Project, which aims to install an air conditioner in all Solar classrooms. The goal is to ease the thermal sensation, so high in Rio de Janeiro, and improve students’ ability to concentrate and learn. Donations can be unique or monthly.

* You can collaborate with our Rice and Beans campaign! Solar serves 1.400 meals a day for 400 children and adolescents and 100 employees. Participate in donating rice, beans, powdered milk, cookies without filling, sugar, salt, pasta or any other type of non-perishable food. Simply deliver your donation at Solar Meninos de Luz or Lar Paulo de Tarso.

* You can turn your party into a collaboration for Solar! The idea is to request resources donation in place of gifts for you. Solidarity gifts are increasingly common in birthday, baptism, weddings or any celebration that includes gifts.

* You can also help Solar without increasing your spending! Sponsor one of our projects through your income tax! It is possible to invest up to 4% for legal entities and up to 6% for individuals. The deduction is 100% of the amount invested.
