From Solar to Postgraduation
David Justino, a Bachelor in Marketing, has just graduated (Lato Senso graduate)his specialization in Business Logistics, at Cândido Mendes University. He entered Solar at the age of 8 and today, with 29, he is assigned at Petrobras by Bureau Veritas, working in the same area in which he graduated.
“Now I want to be approved in the public tender for Petrobrás”, says our dear ex-student. We have no doubt that he will achieve this and more.
Few people arrive by merit where he arrived,, with so many barriers and difficulties since he was little, getting up and down the stairs of Cantagalo community to study at Solar Meninos de Luz.
“I studied here for 13 years, 10 hours a day inside the school, I made great friends who became a family, had excellent teachers, great achievements, etc. Was it worth the wait, to persist? The results answer for themselves!” This is David, our Champion.
It is important to applaud his parents and family, who believed and worked hard, and thank the Institution partners, especially Estácio de Sá University, who kept a 100% scholarship until the end of his successful graduation.
David is not an ordinary person. In his 10 years at Solar, he has participated in more than 30 different workshops, which is even difficult to count on: dance, arts, theater, music, chess, among many others.
