Solar Meninos de Luz

In the first two months of 2018, students of 6th year  learned, in Geography classes, about the formation of the solar system and the Earth planet.

Professor Lucio Brandão took advantage of the theme to approach the genius of man and his attempt to conquer space.

With this, students set up groups and built replicas of astronomical equipment in classroom, such as Sputnik, Space Shuttle, a rocket with Laika (the dog) and rocket scientist Yuri Gagarin.

Each group presented the details of their work. The highlight was a space shuttle really flying.
