Solar Meninos de Luz

Solar Meninos de Luz closed another year of Ballroom dance Workshop, led by volunteer teachers Fernando Barbosa and Priscilla Rodrigues.

In 2016, the workshop worked Soltinho rhythm, with basics of Jazz and body notion, as well as physical preparation.

In celebration of the end of 2016, the 20 participating students presented, on December 1st, at Meninos de Luz Theater, the choreography they worked at the workshop: ‘Slave to the Rhythm’ by Michael Jackson.

In addition, teachers Fernando and Priscilla presented the rhythm that will be worked in 2017: forró and tango. Our darlings danced the songs ‘Bola de Meia’ by Forró Sacana and ‘ Gobierno Decente’ by Tangothic.

Presentations were made to Solar students and their families.
