Art workshop with Chi Chai Chang
Chi Chai Chang, an artist participant in the Luz Balão exhibition, came to Solar on May 11 to teach an art workshop for 10 high school students.
In the workshop, Chang taught students to create spinning lanterns through materials such as colored cardboards, cellophane paper, paper cups, and, of course, light bulbs.
Students had the opportunity to develop the sensitivity and aesthetic perception of light / shadow, through technique of drawings with leaked textures.
The works produced in this workshop will be used in the next exhibition of Solar Art Gallery.
