Arraiá da Ajuda, caring attitude!
Arraiá da Ajuda, idealized by volunteers from Lar Paulo de Tarso, happened on August 4th. The beneficent party had the help of many volunteers and the helped institution was Solar Meninos de Luz.
Volunteers donated food and helped in the arrangement of stalls and crafts. The planning of this party began in January, when the voluntary Metin Oliveira had the idea of gathering milk cartons to make the flags. Altogether one thousand of milk cartons were used! In addition, all decoration material was made of that kind of material, such as, woven mats, glass, plastic jars, cans, wood, string, yoghurt pots, graters, candles, straw hats, jute, stairs, bottles! That was an amazing initiative!
The scenario chosen to receive this party was the Israelita Brasileiro Club. Games, typical dance, love mail, craft stalls, typical food and good music with the band Primos do Nordeste were some of the attractions of this event that received approximately 300 people.
Solar is very happy to receive the help of so many volunteers, who always separate a moment of their time to help us!
