Affection That Shines
We are heading to our fourth month in isolation, and to think that 4 months ago we had no idea how we would manage to keep up our work of love from a distance… Now, our days are filled with virtual meetings, messages and pictures from students in their daily activities, and demonstrations of solidarity that appear constantly on social media, proving that working towards something good doesn’t stop for anything.
We have completed one more monthly delivery of food baskets, and the smiles hiding beneath the masks are fruit of the gratitude for all of the donors and supporters that made this delivery possible.It is so good to know that we are not alone in our labor, and this month, we could count again with friends that are always helping us, and this movement has brought us new hearts that have united in this cause! Each basket delivered is like a seed of our labor, that as it is taken, will flourish in each home as a small sprout of all the love we have for you.
