Adult Literacy students have closing ceremony
On January 12, Solar started, in partnership with Banco do Brasil Foundation, an adult literacy class.
The class, led by teachers David and Valéria, is composed of 20 students, residents of Cantagalo and Pavão-Pavãozinho communities. Our friends attended classes every Tuesday and Thursday night and today, they know how to read and write.
On December 1st, it happened the closing ceremony of 2016 school year. Students will return to their class in January, but we solemnize this moment to motivate them to return even more excited to learn.
Our teachers presented a retrospective of the course in 2016, with the evolution of our students, all the events and tours in which they participated, thanked for all their commitment and congratulated them for getting here.
In May of 2017, our friends will complete their literacy and receive their certificates at a graduation ceremony.
