Lecture about Telemarketing
Gabriela Cardoso, who teaches training classes, came to Solar on October 27 to talk with our High School students about Telemarketing.
Telemarketing has the highest rate of 1st job in the country and requires as training only the High School degree, enabling the professional to study on college while working.
This area is responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing calls from a company and seeks excellence in customer service to ensure the customer satisfaction.
Gabriela spoke about the characteristics that this professional must have, such as knowing how to speak, being educated, knowing how to receive an evaluation of his work and, above all, having emotional intelligence.
