Lecture about the first job
Gabriela Cardoso, who administers training classes, came to Solar on October 20 to talk to our High School students.
She talked about the first job, professional stance, punctuality and sales techniques. She asked the profession that each student would like to follow and analyzed with them their most positive feature and a point to be worked on.
Gabriela also spoke about the most valued characteristics in a professional nowadays, as initiative, leadership, dynamism, creativity, flexibility and to know how to work in a team.
She made same dynamics among the students and distributed chocolates according to the participation of each one.
