Lecture about How to Enter the Labor Market
On August 25, Solar received the Master in Management and Business Strategy, Camila Gerber, for a lecture for High School students. Camila is an associate of Egon Zehnder Consulting – one of the market leaders in Search of Executives – and came to talk about ‘how to enter the job market’.
The main goal was to show students how they should prepare their curriculum, how to behave in a job interview and what are the important attitudes and skills in the job market.
Camila spoke about empathy, determination, self-control, responsibility, collaboration, motivation, creativity, among other attitudes that our students must work from now on. In the end, she simulated a job interview with some students.
