Bodytech gathers physical and social skills while performing a charity class for Solar
On August 12, at 9:30 a.m., Bodytech Academy of Copacabana will perform a charity class among its students with non-perishable food collection for Solar Meninos de Luz.
Aero Local class mixes aerobic exercise (Spinning), taught by professor Bruno Amin, with located exercise, guided by professor Bruno Saviano. With a total duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes, each student will do 40 minutes of each activity, plus a relaxation session of 10 minutes, with stretching and new age musical background.
After the lesson, as a reward, there will have a tasting table made up of fruits, breads, cold cuts, juices, milk, yogurt, various sweets and salads, as well as a gift draw.
The number of participants will be limited by the number of bikes, 72 in total, which will entail early registrations. The event conditions the registration to the individual donation of 2 (two) kgs of non-perishable food, which collection will be sent entirely to Solar.
The innovation in the fitness market takes place at Nossa Senhora de Copacabana Avenue, 801, which completes 15 years and supports Solar for 4 years.
