On July 7, Solar received businessmen Augusto Cesar and businesswoman Daniela Berger for a vocational lecture for High School students. Augusto works in the companies Diverta, Papelaria Lider, Romantiza, Todo Modo, Yupi Design, while Daniela works in the companies Montarte and DB Home.

They explained what entrepreneurship is and what it’s like to be an entrepreneur, they’ve given examples of enterprising companies and talked about the characteristics students need to undertake.

After passing the knowledge, Augusto and Daniela started a Business Game. Students were divided into groups and each group would open its own company. The first activity were to choose the company’s name, the product or service to be sold and for which target audience. As time is short, the game will continue on another date.

In the end, they drew the book ‘Empreendendo Felicidade’ (Making Happiness), by Pedro Solomon. The winner was Mariane.

This vocational lecture is part of My Future in My Hands Program, which aims to present the professions to the students, take them to the job market and help them choose their careers.

Solar Meninos de Luz thank immensely to Augusto Cesar and Daniela Berger for bringing so much knowledge to our students!
