Mothers Day
On May 16 and 17, Solar Meninos de Luz was filled with love to celebrate Mother’s Day. Each class prepared, together with their educators, a different way for all mothers to feel honored.
In Early Childhood Education, we had beautiful performances in the theater. Children of Nursery I danced with their moms. Children of Nursery II and III, Maternal I and II and Pre-School I and II presented their choreography on the stage. In the end, they gave their moms flowers they made with crepe paper.
In Elementary School I, the children gathered to sing and present the song ‘Jingle Mother’s Day’. Then, each class went with their moms to the classroom, made a nice snack and distributed gifts made by them.
