Adult Literacy students visit Glaucio Gil Theater
On November 1st, because of Poesia Encena Group invitation, students from Solar Adult Literacy class visited Glaucio Gil Theater to attend XIX Carioca Poetry Festival.
Students had the opportunity to witness poems recitations and interpretations such as the work entitled “Colares de Cora”, by Poesia Encena Group, which interpreted several Cora Coralina poems.
The subject witnessed at the Theater was approached in classroom before and after the visit. Teachers David Aquino and Valéria Pereira worked in classroom, in a differentiated way, contents related to orality, reading, interpretation and writing, fundamental in learning process of adult literacy.
Adult Literacy is the result of a partnership between Solar Meninos de Luz and BB Educar Project of Banco do Brasil Foundation, which began in January of 2016.
