Solar Arraiá party 2016
On the 16th of July, it happened Solar Arraiá. The event lasted 5 hours and welcomed 2.000 people.
Solar sport area was full of food and drinks stands, games and and prizes for sweepstakes. This year, we had two special stands: one from Copacabana Palace hotel, that served ‘caldinho de feijão’ (beens stew) with rice and bacon croquettes and one from Fasano hotel, that served meringues and cookies, all for a symbolic price.
In addition to these special treats from our partners, we also served cooked corn, sandwiches, hot dogs, sausages, cakes and sweets. Everything prepared with a lot of love by Solar team and our children parents.
The party also had a fire pit, Forró music with Jeremias and band, playing ‘São João’ typical music, and entertaining dances, prepared by the professor Paula with our students, from kinder children education to high school.
We sell tickets to apply for an electrical hoven, a bike and two skates and we organized a contest between kids with a price for the winners.
The children nicely dressed with typical provincial clothes, danced and played. That’s how Solar Arraiá 2016 looked like. A huge thank to all who participated of the event. Next year we will have even more!
