On June 9th, Solar Art Gallery had the honor to inaugurate ‘Entre Formas e Sentidos’ exhibition. With seven artists and curated by Osvaldo Carvalho, the exhibition shows the art present in our reality, but with the need of a good perception to understand it.

For Osvaldo Carvalho, Entre Formas e Sentidos shows another perspective of art to the public, which is part of our lives and which, even being subjective, we can’t ignore.

“The exhibition highlights that art is not the exclusive domain of anyone and nobody exercises exclusive authority over it. With the power to transit between pure and naive as incorrect and elusive, the exhibition provides to attentive and close viewer all the fullness of the exposed”, says Osvaldo.

Art works invoke an experience that is not yet finished and reiterate the Art insubordination to esthetic and symbolic standards. By not submitting to a static language game, each of the seven artists trod their professional careers in the freedom of thinking and acting.

Entre Formas e Sentidos highlights that in art, things are what they really are, and, this way, we can’t neglect them or forget the real value of it.
