Monobloco promotes a carnival of donations for Solar
The last 3 Fridays were marked by famous Monobloco musical rehearsal at Fundição Progresso. The shows, prior to the official parade to be held on Sunday 2/14, contributed with Solar Meninos de Luz.
All fans paid half ticket in exchange for donating 1kg of non- perishable food. Thus, they collected and donated to Solar nearly 700 kilograms of food. Among them are rice, beans, suga, milk, flour, cornmeal, salt and pasta, among others.
Monobloco is a Solar partner for almost 10 years and participates with percussion lessons for our children, besides donation of non-perishable food collected at concerts. Solar thanks all who are part of this family!
For those who want to participate, official parade will be held on Sunday, 02/14, 9 am, at 1º March Street. Admission is free.
